INTRIGUE is the first Limited Edition from Alfred GIRAUD. This expression cannot be replicated, with just two casks produced, totaling 805 bottles. Creating INTRIGUE is something of a mystery. An intangible quality that grabs your attention and leaves you wanting more… These little moments of magic inspired our first Limited Edition. INTRIGUE starts with three distinct single malts that are paired into two double malts before aging. The double malts are married and aged in five different types of casks before bottling. The end result is a harmonious masterpiece with a lively soul and highlights of Sauvignon from Bordeaux, our signature rare cognac casks, and a unique vidange cask that imparts a flavor so intriguing our Master Blender vows to keep it a secret.
